At the Arabic club for kids we are realise that many of the children coming to learn Arabic with us us at the weekends, have already spent a full 5 days of the week at daily school. Our programme is thus catered and tailored to give your children an enjoyable, stimulating and high achieving learning experience without adding further stress. of this and do not want to labour your children with a feeling of endless schooling. We take into account that it’s the weekend, and have a curriculum that has a wide variety of carefully thought through learning activities that fill the young hearts with eagerness to learn Arabic.

At the same time we are keenly aware of our duty to fulfil the learning targets. We cover all four skills of language learning, – reading, writing, speaking and listen, through a whole range of focussed and fun language learning strategies.

Our teachers are professionals, being paid professional rates, with qualifications and skills to teach children, not just people who ‘speak Arabic’. We have ongoing, teacher training events monitoring and staff meetings to maintain a dynamic, prospering and forward thinking learning environment. We also stand out in our high teacher pupil ratios, giving in-depth attention to individual children in all classes.

Our School Values

Our school is run as an Arabic language school. We welcome all children who want to learn the beautiful Arabic language as it is used in our 21st Century world, a live, dynamic modern language with a rich culture, and history. (We do not teach religion. We have an optional Quran recitation and memorisation session. If you do not wish to enrol in this, please opt for the language activity option on the registration form).

South London Branch

Location : Lark Hall Primary School, Smedley Street, London SW46PH

Timings : Sunday mornings 10am-1pm

Transport: The South London branch is easily accessed through good transport routes including several bus routes and nearest tube stations, such as Stockwell and Clapham North being a short walk or short bus ride away. Parking is also easily available for free on Sundays near the school if you are travelling in by car.

We provide all stationary you will need to use with us. We ask children to be dressed in comfortable clothes for work and play and ask you bring in a labelled water bottle, and a bag that allows them to carry their notebooks home and their Arabic library book.

We run an Arabic Book Borrowing Service for which parents are required to pay 10 pounds deposit, which will be refunded when you leave the school.
